PayPal — pay online at IAAI.com or via IAA Buyer App. Credit/debit cards — accepted online, in-app, and at branches; daily limits: $20,000 (Licensed Business accounts), $2,500 (Public accounts); American Express not accepted; one year of purchase history required to use cards online. Cash/cash equivalent — cash up to $500 per day per branch; money orders, cashier’s checks, certified checks, traveler’s checks accepted (no USPS money orders accepted starting June 1, 2024). NO pickups after 4:30 p.m.; you must be at the office by 4:00 p.m. Transport drivers and tow providers must wear a highly visible safety vest while on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift more than 11,000 lbs; transporters must have appropriate equipment and are solely responsible for loading. Transporters can be registered as outbound vehicle transporters at an IAA branch and should use the IAA Tow App to schedule pickups. Transporters may also make MoneyGram payments on the buyer’s behalf using invoice details.
