Standard vehicle pricing for buyers with a business license on file. Fees vary based on sale price. For example, for sale prices between $0-$49.99, the fee is $25.00; for $50.00-$99.99, the fee is $45.00; and so on.

Policies
・Onsite vehicle preview is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time the day before the scheduled auction.
・Payment is due by 5:00 PM branch local time on the payment due date. Late Fee: $50.00 or 2% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

・Accepted methods include PayPal, I-Pay (for domestic licensed business accounts), credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard only), cash (up to $500/day), cashier’s checks, wire transfer/account credit, and financing (for domestic dealers only). Money orders and traveler’s checks are not accepted after July 7, 2025.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pick-up status of a purchased vehicle, call 877-272-6665. Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment, and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Licensed business buyers can register. Registration can be done online or in-person. Eligibility requires a valid business license.
