Deposits/Buying Power: Basic Members can bid up to $2,000 without a deposit; to bid more, deposit 10% of your intended total buying power. Premier Members place a one-time, fully refundable $400 deposit and can bid up to $100,000 per day. Membership pricing shown on the Syracuse page: Basic $99/year, Premier $249/year.

Pickup Rules

Loading is first-come, first-served; flatbeds recommended; heavy/medium duty lots are self-load only. Vehicles may NOT be driven off Copart property for safety/insurance reasons—must be trailered/towed. Appointments and digital check-in are used: self-pickup and transporters schedule via the Copart Transportation App or Payments Due page; check in on arrival (virtual queue/visitor sign-in).

Buyer assigns pickup via ‘Send to Transporter’ in Payments Due. Transporter must use the EXACT app name: ‘Copart Transportation’ (iOS/Android). Transporters receive a 4‑digit Gate PIN and lot number by email; appointment booking and check-in required. Transporters do not need to be Copart Members, but must follow app onboarding and present required PIN/credentials at pickup.
Third Party Process
1) Buyer clicks ‘Send to Transporter’ and enters the driver’s email. 2) Transporter downloads the Copart Transportation App, receives pickup notifications, Gate PIN and lot info. 3) Transporter books an appointment in the app, arrives and checks in, then Copart stages the vehicle for loading.

Self Pickup Process
1) Pay invoice(s). 2) From Payments Due, choose lots and select ‘Schedule Pickup.’ 3) Watch for email/text with appointment and check-in link. 4) When near the yard, check in (up to ~2 hours before the appointment) and join the Virtual Queue. 5) Copart moves vehicle to loading area and assists; heavy/medium duty lots are self-load only.
