Apps and who needs them: 1) Copart - Online Auto Auctions (buyer app) for bidding, payments, and joining live auctions. 2) Copart Transportation App (for transporters and also required when members self-pick up) to schedule pickup, check in, and use paperless gate passes. 3) Copart GO (seller app) for offsite listings with a 3% fee ($100 min/$300 max). Queue/Check-in: Members receive a text ~2 hours before the appointment with a check-in link; check in when within ~1 mile or use on-site QR code (Virtual Queue). Authorization: Each lot has its own Gate PIN shown on Payments Due and in win emails; share via 'Send to Transporter' to authorize third parties. Storage table on the Rancho Cucamonga page shows local daily rates (dated 1/7/2019) and may be subject to change—confirm at time of pickup. Auction participation is 100% online; VB3 supports preliminary Max Bid (Bid4U) and live virtual bidding; most auctions begin at 12:00 PM local time.

Vehicles cannot be driven off Copart property; bring suitable transport. Copart staff will stage and load standard vehicles; heavy/medium-duty lots are self-load only. Copart is not responsible for damage caused by third-party transporters.

1) From Payments Due select the vehicle(s) and 'Schedule Pickup'. 2) You’ll receive a confirmation text; use the link to check into the Virtual Queue before arrival or scan the yard QR. 3) On arrival, staff moves the vehicle to the loading area and loads it. If late, you may lose your place and need to reschedule.
