Buyer's premium fees are on a sliding scale: 25% for items up to $500, 17% for items between $501 and $1,000, and 12% for items over $1,000. Online bidding incurs an additional 2% fee. A $195 administrative fee is charged for titled items. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.75% fee.

Viewing is available on the Friday before the auction from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Online bidders from the continental U.S. are welcome. The auction is open to the public; you don't have to be a dealer to participate.

Items must be removed by the Thursday following the auction unless other arrangements are made. Shipping is not offered.

In-person bidders register at the gate on the day of the auction; the process is simple and free. Online bidders must register by 10:00 AM on the Friday before the auction and provide a valid driver's license, front and back of a credit card in the same name, and proof of funds from their bank up to their bidding limit if out of state.
