Buyer’s fees range from $110 to 8% of the sale amount, depending on the final sale price. Additional fees include a gate fee ranging from $0 to $159, a green light fee ranging from $100 to 3% of the sale amount, and a $50 smog fee if applicable.

Brownfield Auto Auction also has locations in San Leandro and Stockton, California, with auctions held on Saturdays and the third Sunday of each month, respectively.

・All vehicles are sold 'AS-IS, WHERE-IS' with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
・Bidders must be 18 years or older; no minors or pets are allowed on the premises.
・Inspection of vehicles is allowed on the day of the sale, before the auction begins; test drives are not permitted.

・Deposits: Cash only. Final balance: Money orders or cashier’s checks only. Full cash payments accepted at the San Diego location until 8:00 PM on the day of the sale (subject to an extra 4% fee).
Pickup Rules
Vehicles must be paid in full and removed by 3:00 PM on the following business day after the auction. Buyers are responsible for transporting and removing their vehicles.
