Rules and Notes
Extended Notes
Auction Nation conducts many online auctions in the Phoenix area but does not publish a single fixed vehicle-auction day; each sale lists its own Dates & Times and terms. Buyer’s premium is confirmed but the percentage is not posted globally and must be checked on each auction listing. There is no mention of transporter-specific apps, PINs, or digital gate passes; authorization is handled by calling to add a pickup party. For vehicles, title/roadworthiness conditions and any special pickup or towing requirements are determined per-lot in the individual auction’s terms. Their online catalog pages (online.auctionnation.com) require JavaScript to view full terms; consult each listing for exact fees and pickup instructions.
Pickup Rules
Load-out dates/times and pickup location are listed on each auction’s page and on your invoice. Buyers must bring their own tools/equipment and personnel to remove/load items. If items are not picked up within the specified window, they are forfeited without refund. On-site auctions have limited, non‑negotiable pickup windows.
Policies
All items are sold as-is unless a specific guarantee is stated (24‑Hour Guarantee or On‑Premise Guarantee). On‑Premise items must be inspected before leaving; otherwise the guarantee is void.; Everything sold on the platform is with reserve; reserve is usually the starting bid. Auction Nation may negotiate with sellers, counterbid on seller’s behalf to meet reserve, or reduce commission to bridge gaps.; No shipping between warehouses.; Shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier; Auction Nation will not issue refunds for shipping damage (insurance added when shipping is provided).; After auction close, invoices are emailed and also available under your account; invoices under $1,000 are auto‑charged to the card on file.
