Mobile/digital tools: “AAA Atlanta App” (exact name) is referenced by Columbus Fair’s help center as a free “Digital Assistant” app used across multiple America’s locations for Post Sale Assistance (Bill of Sale, Floorplan/ACH Payment, Transportation, Gatepass), Arbitration, Inspection, and Consignment; this is intended for buyers (and dealer reps) to manage requests. AuctionACCESS membership (and app) is required for dealers to register and bid; public users cannot bid online. Gate pass is required for any release; after-hours releases only if pass was pre-printed and left at gate, and pickup must provide last 6 of the VIN. Local PSI/Arbitration scope and exclusions, plus a location-specific $5/day storage rate after 14 days, are defined in the Columbus Fair local policy PDF and supplement NAAA Arbitration Policy. Gate pass and valid ID required to pick up. Gate hours for pick-up/drop-off are 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. Some gate passes are held at the gate after office hours; if collecting after office hours, you must be able to state the last 6 of the VIN. Security cannot print gate passes after hours unless already printed and left at gate. Vehicles purchased and paid should be removed immediately or storage may apply.

Public Repo Sale registration deposit: $1,200 cashier’s check or money order payable to “CFAA”; deposit required upfront and applied to purchase; non-refundable if bid accepted; “IF” bids require $1,200 deposit and must be paid by 12:00 noon next day if accepted.; Public payment: Certified funds only; NO cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards accepted.; Public may not attend/bid online.; Viewing: 7:00 AM–10:00 PM; show valid ID at walk-through gate. Only dealers may test drive; Repo units may not be driven.; Title delivery: Titles are delivered via FedEx. For Title-Attached purchases, seller has 30 days from purchase to produce title before return is allowed.
