AI Product Analyst
As an AI Product Analyst you will support our software product teams using emerging technology to prototype, test, and iterate on new features. You will help to align business goals with product deliverables by testing product assumptions and validating insights that drive product improvements. This role is highly collaborative between key stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
AI Prototyping & User Research:
- Conduct rapid feature-experiments to test proof-of-concepts quickly.
- Run multi-track or A/B tests to validate and test assumptions.
- Partner with product and marketing to conduct user interviews, and gather research to identify and eliminate pain points for our users.
Gather & Analyze insights:
- Conduct analysis and present findings to product teams to enable data driven decisions that address adapting user needs.
- Track product metrics to assist in data-driven decision making for product improvement.
- Contribute to competitor analysis and market research to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with product management lead, senior stakeholders, engineers, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Support Core Product Development:
- Participate in Agile events such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Assist in planning and delivering product features, contributing to documentation.
- Participate in ideation, retrospectives, and agile events to support the software delivery lifecycle.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong prompt engineering skills, GPT-based systems, AI prototyping
- High level of comfort with AI technology and the product development lifecycle
- Understanding of product management practices and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Detail oriented, data-informed, and passionate about translating customer problems into solutions.
- Passion for user-centric problem solving and innovation
- A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments.
- Strong time management, and communication skills
