Buyer Fee Details
Transaction fees vary by membership level: Basic Member - $299 or 9% of the purchase price, whichever is greater; Premier Member - $250 or 5% of the purchase price, whichever is greater; Expert Member - $200 or 3% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. Additionally, a non-refundable documentation fee of $199 applies to every transaction.

Premier and Expert members can inspect vehicles in person at an IAA auction location the day before a sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time. Contact the branch at +1 (888)-364-7184 to verify the preview schedule.
Policies
・Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received within two business days, including the day of sale, a late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater, will be applied.
・Relist & Sale Cancellation Fees: If payment is not received within five business days, including the day of sale, a relist fee of $2,000 or 30% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater, will be applied.
・Vehicle Abandonment: If a vehicle is not removed from the facility within ten days of sale, it will be deemed abandoned, and the buyer forfeits all rights to the vehicle.
