Buyer Fee Details
Buyer fees vary based on the final bid amount and bidding method. For example, for live online bids: $0 - $99.99: $0; $100 - $499.99: $50; $500 - $999.99: $65; $1,000 - $1,499.99: $85; $1,500 - $1,999.99: $95; $2,000 - $3,999.99: $110; $4,000 - $5,999.99: $125; $6,000 - $7,999.99: $145; $8,000+: $160. Proxy bids have slightly lower fees.

IAA Orlando offers a comprehensive auction experience with both live and online bidding options. Buyers are encouraged to review all fees and policies prior to participation to ensure compliance and avoid additional charges.
Policies
・Onsite vehicle preview is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time the day before the scheduled auction.
・Domestic buyers have two business days (including the day the vehicle was awarded) to make payment. Foreign buyers have four business days. Payment is due by 5:00 PM branch local time on the payment due date. Late fees are $50.00 or 2% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

・Accepted methods include cash (up to $500 per day per branch), credit card (Visa/Mastercard; public: $2,500/day, licensed: $20,000/day), certified check, I-Pay (ACH for U.S. licensed business accounts), wire transfer, and account credit. Money orders and traveler's checks are not accepted after July 7, 2025.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Storage Holding Fees
Buyers have four free storage days, including the day the vehicle was awarded. After this period, a storage fee of $50.00 per day applies.
Who can Register
Both public and licensed business buyers can register. Registration can be completed online via the IAA website.
