Internet Bid Fee and Proxy Bid Fee: Sale Price $0 - $99.99: $0; $100 - $499.99: Proxy Bid Fee $39.00, Live Online Bid Fee $49.00; $500 - $999.99: Proxy Bid Fee $49.00, Live Online Bid Fee $59.00; $1,000 - $1,499.99: Proxy Bid Fee $69.00, Live Online Bid Fee $79.00; $1,500 - $1,999.99: Proxy Bid Fee $79.00, Live Online Bid Fee $89.00; $2,000 - $3,999.99: Proxy Bid Fee $89.00, Live Online Bid Fee $99.00; $4,000 - $5,999.99: Proxy Bid Fee $99.00, Live Online Bid Fee $109.00; $6,000 - $7,999.99: Proxy Bid Fee $119.00, Live Online Bid Fee $139.00; $8,000+: Proxy Bid Fee $129.00, Live Online Bid Fee $149.00. Service Fee: $95 per unit for vehicle handling, including vehicle pull out and loading. Environmental Fee: $15 per unit for handling and care in accordance with environmental regulations. In-Branch Payment: Buyers who pay in the Branch with cash, money order, cashier's check, or company check will be charged a $20 In-Branch Payment fee. Money Order Fee: Buyers who pay in the Branch using 6+ money orders will be charged a $20 fee per money order, in addition to the $20 In-Branch Payment Fee. Buyers paying with 5 or fewer money orders will not be charged additional fees. Storage Fees: Please check with your local branch regarding the total cost of per-day storage fees. FedEx Fee: The fee to deliver one or more titles via FedEx has changed from $12 to $20 per delivery.

The IAA Omaha branch is located at 14749 Meredythe Plz., Springfield, NE 68059, west of Omaha on I-80, exit 400 and South on Hwy 50. The facility features covered storage for specialty vehicles and dual auction lanes for Run and Drive vehicles.
Policies
・Vehicle Onsite Preview: Premier and Expert members of SCA can inspect vehicles in person at an IAA auction location the day before a sale from 10am to 2pm local time. Please contact the branch at +1 (888)-364-7184 ahead of time to verify the preview schedule.
・Days to Pay: After winning a vehicle, you have two business days, including the day of the sale, to make payment. The payment must be received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the day after the sale. Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in a non-refundable late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater.

・Cash/Cash Equivalent: Includes currency, money orders, cashier’s checks, certified checks, and traveler’s checks. Payment for vehicles may be made with cash, with a daily limit of $500 per day, per branch. Cash equivalent payments can be made up to any amount per day per branch. Change cannot be provided at any branch. Buyers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for these cash/cash equivalent payments. Please Note: Cashier's checks and official bank checks will only be accepted at U.S. branches if the remitter's name on the check matches one of the following: Buyer account name, owner name, employee(s)' name. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Insurance Auto Auctions or IAA. Please Note: Starting June 1, 2024, IAA will no longer accept USPS® money orders as a form of payment for vehicles and any other fees. Wire Transfer/Account Credit: Wire transfers are a secure and reliable way to pay for vehicles from nearly anywhere in the world. Payments have no daily or branch limits/maximums. Self-service by using the wire transfer funds in your account credit to pay.

Pick up your vehicle within 2-5 business days from the day of sale. Failure to do so will result in a daily storage fee of $50 being added to your invoice. Please note that the pickup time may vary by auction yard location.
