Policies
・Onsite vehicle preview is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local time the day before the scheduled auction.
・Domestic buyers have 2 business days (including the day the vehicle was awarded) to make payment. Payment is due by 5:00 PM branch local time on the payment due date. A late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle sale price (whichever is greater) applies if payment is not made on time.

Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT. Vehicles can also be picked up on sale day. Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property. IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs.
