Buyer Fee Details
A late payment fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater, is applied if payment is not received by 5 p.m. local time on the payment due date.

Payment Methods

・Accepted methods include cash (up to $500 per day), money orders, cashier’s checks, certified checks, traveler’s checks, and wire transfers. Credit cards are accepted for payments less than $250.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT. Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

Storage Holding Fees
Buyers have four business days, including the day of the sale, to pick up vehicles. After this period, a daily storage fee of $50 is applied.
Who can Register
Public buyers can register by completing an online form, uploading a government-issued photo ID, and paying a $200 annual membership fee. Licensed business buyers may have additional requirements.
