Buyer Fee Details
After winning a vehicle, you have two business days, including the day of the sale, to make payment. The payment must be received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the day after the sale. Failure to make payment by the deadline will result in a non-refundable late fee of $50 or 2% of the vehicle sale price, whichever is greater.

The IAA Honolulu branch is located at 91-401 Malakole St, Kapolei, HI 96707. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm HT. The branch manager is Tim Bush.

・Premier and Expert members of SCA can inspect vehicles in person at an IAA auction location the day before a sale from 10am to 2pm local time. Please contact the branch at +1 (888)-364-7184 ahead of time to verify the preview schedule.

・Accepted methods include MoneyGram (in-person only), PayPal, I-Pay (ACH) for U.S. Licensed Business accounts, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard only), Cash/Cashier’s Checks (in-person at branches only), Wire Transfer/Account Credit, and Financing for U.S. Licensed Dealers. Money orders and traveler’s checks are not accepted after July 7, 2025.

Storage Holding Fees
Pick up your vehicle within 2-5 business days from the day of sale. Failure to do so will result in a daily storage fee of $50 being added to your invoice.
Who can Register
Individual (Public) Buyers can bid at auctions that are open to the public and on vehicles that can be sold to the public. Licensed Business Buyers can bid at auctions on inventory where their business license meets state requirements.
