Buyer Fee Details
Buyer fees are based on the final sale price and membership type. For example, for vehicles with a final sale price of $1,000 to $1,499.99, the fee is $75 for basic members and $85 for premier members. Additional fees include a $79 Gate Fee per vehicle and a $10 Environmental Fee per vehicle.

Members who pay with secured payment methods enjoy a Secured Funds discount on all fees. High volume dealers who purchase 25 cars a year and/or spend $75,000 a year with Copart qualify for additional fee discounts.
Policies
・A $79 Gate Fee is applied to all purchases to cover administrative costs and moving the vehicle to the loading area.
・A $10 Environmental Fee is applied to each item sold to cover the cost of handling and care in compliance with environmental regulations.
・If payment is not received within 3 business days, including the day of the auction, a $50 late payment fee will be charged per vehicle.

Pickup Rules
Vehicles must be picked up within three business days from the date of the auction to avoid storage fees. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, except on auction days.
