・Members agree to be personally liable for payment of any cashier’s check or check that is dishonored. In the event of a dishonored cashier’s check or check, the Member agrees to make payment within two days after receipt of notice from Copart of a dishonored check, and to pay Copart’s NSF processing fee, and any and all collection costs including but not limited to, collection agency fees, administrative fees, and/or attorney’s fees and court costs.
