Buyer Fee Details
Copart charges a Gate Fee of $79 per vehicle, covering administrative costs and moving the vehicle to the Member loading area. An Environmental Fee of $10 per item sold is applied to cover the cost of precise handling and care in compliance with environmental regulations. A Virtual Bidding Fee is also applied based on the final sales price, never exceeding $149.

Copart offers fee discounts to Members who meet certain conditions, such as paying with secured payment methods or purchasing 25 cars a year and/or spending $75,000 a year with Copart.
Policies
・A $50 late payment fee is charged if the vehicle amount and all applicable fees aren't paid within three business days, including the day of the auction.
・If a vehicle isn't paid in full within eight calendar days, including the day of the auction, the vehicle will be relisted, and the original high bidder will be charged a Relist Fee of 10% of the price of the vehicle with a minimum fee of $600.
・Members who choose to pick up their titles at Copart locations will be charged a $20 per title processing fee.
