Buyer Fee Details
A $50.00 convenience fee applies to all units purchased online. Additional fees are on a sliding scale based on the selling price of the vehicle and are posted at the auctions or available online once logged in.

Policies
・If you are the successful bidder, you must pay for the vehicle in full within two business days, not including the date of the sale, or you will be subject to a $50 late payment fee. Failure to pay within three business days will result in liability for relist fees, forfeiture of your deposit, and suspension of your account.
・If you are the Buyer of a Green Light vehicle, you are entitled to inspect your purchase and submit it for arbitration for undisclosed conditions within 48 hours from the Time of Sale. Upon removing the vehicle from Capital, Buyer waives all arbitration rights.

・Accepted payment methods include cash, certified bank checks, Visa, and MasterCard. A fee of 2.95% of the amount charged will be added to the total for credit card payments.
Pickup Rules
Vehicles can be picked up Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Vehicles must be paid for in full before removal, and a receipt showing full payment must be presented at the gate. Vehicles purchased must be picked up within two business days of the sale to avoid storage fees.

Storage Holding Fees
Vehicles must be picked up within two business days of the sale to avoid storage fees of $25 per day. Vehicles left on site for more than 21 days after the purchase date will incur a storage fee of $70.00 weekly.
Who can Register
Open to the public; participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Registration is free and can be completed online.
