Buyer Fee Details
Yes, there are both buyer and seller fees in addition to the purchase price for dealers and individuals. Public buyers who live in the state of Alabama will have 3.75% sales taxes, title fees, and processing fees. Out-of-state buyers and dealers will only have a buyer fee. These fees are scaled by the purchase price range.

The auction utilizes a light system to indicate vehicle conditions: GREEN LIGHT indicates a 'Ride and Drive Warranty' covering the engine, transmission, and rear end; YELLOW LIGHT indicates a special announcement or condition regarding the vehicle; RED LIGHT means the vehicle is sold AS-IS regardless of price.

・All vehicles sold for $2,000 or less are AS-IS, no exceptions. Repossessions do not qualify for a GREEN light regardless of price.
・All buyers, including the general public and licensed car dealers, must register in the office before the auction begins. You must be wearing a bidder's badge to participate in the auction process.
・No children are allowed in the sales arena during the live auction.
